A few minutes to get to the hospital was just too long for one baby girl to wait before entering the world.

Jolee Lavergne Addison was born in the front seat of her parents car on May 24 and her big brother caught it all on camera.

I’ve done ALOT of “things” in the front seat of my vehicles??…But delivering a baby while driving AND with 3 crying…

As Inside Edition reports, Michael Addison was taking his wife Rudia Napier to a check up when she went into labor.

In the video, Napier said:

“Mike the baby’s coming out. Oh, Mike, the baby’s coming out!”

Their two daughters sat in the back seat crying, while their 10-year-old son used his phone to film the delivery.

Addison told Inside Edition:

“Honestly, the only thing going through my mind was, ‘It is time to man up!’ It was clearly very frightening.”

Moments into the video, Napier tells her husband that the “baby’s out” and pulls her newborn from between her legs and tightly into her chest.

However, she soon became frightened by how quiet little Jolee, who’s expected due date was June 9, was.

She told her newborn:

“Come on. Breathe for mommy. Cry.”

Fortunately, she was fine and, in contrast to her debut, she was just extremely calm. When they arrived at the hospital, Napier and her baby girl were cared for by medical staff.

Although they are all home now, they remain amazed by everything that happened.

Napier said:

“It was an experience, and it was the scariest and best experience I ever had.”

Since their video went viral, Addison has started a “7-Seater Fundraiser” on Facebook. He explains that they could really use a bigger vehicle now that they are a family of six. Further, he said the front seat of their old vehicle is soiled and smells from the delivery.

The fundraising goal has been set to $20,000.
