The sixth member of the Duggar family has announced that they are pregnant.
Four months ago, Jessa and Ben Seewald revealed that they were pregnant with their third child and that they were expecting their unborn child’s arrival late spring, meaning any day now.
Then three months later, in April, Joe and Kendra Duggar announced they too were expecting another child. This being their second in just 10 months.
Shortly after their announcement, Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth said that they were also expecting baby number two, and now the sixth Duggar pair is making their own announcement.
Josiah and Lauren Duggar wrote on Instagram:
We are so excited to announce that baby #2 is on the the way!!!! It’s hard to fully express just how grateful we are for God blessing us again with another precious gift! So, as we rejoice of the life of our second sweet baby, we also remember (balloon as symbolism) our other sweet baby, Asa, in heaven. God is so incredibly good! Click the link in bio to read more!

The young couple found out they were pregnant for the first time last fall shortly after becoming husband and wife in June 2018.
Sadly, as Dearly previously reported, Lauren suffered a miscarriage in October. Lauren explained in an earlier interview:
“I wasn’t feeling well. I was cramping really, really bad, which was quite strange because I normally don’t. And I was thinking maybe I had something that had gluten in it. So, that’s what I was thinking.
Well, it was late in the night and I went to go to the restroom and right there was the baby. Gone. I couldn’t believe it and I was hoping it wasn’t true. It was the worst day of my life, really.”
The couple said they wanted to share grief because they wanted others going through a similar experience to know that they aren’t alone.
Now, the couple is celebrating their “rainbow baby.”
A “rainbow baby” is a term used by parents who are able to get pregnant after enduring the loss of an unborn child.
The couple said in a statement to People:
“Every good and perfect gift is from above and we are looking forward to this new season of parenting together!”
“God’s faithfulness to us in our most difficult moments has sustained us and brought us such love and comfort. We cannot begin to tell you how much we are looking forward to holding this baby in our arms this fall.”
